When we arrived, the room was dirty and it had a really unpleasant odor. The owner was not attentive and hesitated to provide new sheets when we noticed stains and gum on them. The sink was blocked with hair, and even the toilet wasn't clean. The door was stiff and difficult to open, and at one point the handle even came off, leaving us trapped inside for two hours. It was a terrifying experience, especially for someone like me who is claustrophobic. The bed was also uncomfortable, making for an overall unpleasant night.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, providing good customer service. The room had some advantages, such as a comfortable bed and a decent view from the window. Additionally, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained.
